If you use the chat assistant available on our site, the messages you type are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. We don't store your chat messages ourselves — they exist only for the duration of your browser session and are not saved to any database or reviewed by our team.

Google, however, applies its own terms to what you send them. Our assistant runs on Google's free (unpaid) Gemini API tier, and under Google's terms for that tier the content submitted to the API and the responses generated may be retained and used by Google to improve their products and services, including review by human reviewers. For that reason, please don't type policy numbers, claim details, health information, or other sensitive personal data into the chat box — use our contact form or call us instead, and we'll handle it through our normal channels.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare and provide quotes, risk assessments, or partnership evaluations, and communicate with you about our insurance brokerage services.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and, where you go on to become a client or partner, the steps necessary to enter into and perform a contract with you.

We use a small number of service providers to operate our website and respond to you. We don't sell your personal data to anyone.

These providers — including Google, for our chat assistant — may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual clauses and other safeguards recognised under EU data protection law.

We keep enquiry and application data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client — in which case we retain your information for as long as required by applicable insurance-sector record-keeping obligations — or unless you ask us to delete it sooner (see "Your Rights" below).

We currently use no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Our site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregate usage statistics without cookies or personal identifiers.

If we introduce a cookie-based tool in the future — for example, for more detailed analytics — we will update this policy and ask for your consent first, where required.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-limited storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.

Our services are directed at businesses and adults seeking insurance products. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
